I’m Glenda Smith, and I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the world of real estate and design. With a background in Environmental Design and a passion for sustainable architecture, my journey has been marked by accomplishments and accolades.

My career began as a Project Expeditor for a prestigious Office Furniture Dealer in Beverly Hills, California. Over eight years, I climbed the ranks, ultimately becoming the Sales Manager at the age of 26. During this time, I honed my skills in project coordination, collaborating with architects and local businesses to transform office spaces.

Relocating to Colorado, I briefly served as a Project Consultant and Designer for a Steelcase Office dealer. However, I was quickly recruited by a Small Custom Home Builder seeking expansion. Through my efforts, the company flourished, securing larger projects, working with the top Colorado Home builders, and earning accolades for model homes in interior design.

Returning to California, I spent years as a Senior Account Executive with three prominent Office Furniture Dealerships until 2009. The economic downturn prompted a change in my career path, leading me to become the Regional Sales Director for the National Non-Profit Network, where I helped people build wealth.

In 2014, I ventured into real estate investing, acquiring properties across several states, including Florida, Maryland, Georgia, and California. Today, I reside in Oakland, California, with my husband, and together, we cherish our five adult children and seven grandchildren.
